Refund Policy for Mumbais Properties

At Mumbais Properties, we believe in being upfront and transparent in everything we do. Since we deal with property services like PG bookings, rentals, and commercial spaces, our refund policy is designed to keep things fair for both sides.

📌 Service-Based Nature

Our services are primarily related to property consultation, booking assistance, and deal facilitation. Once a service is delivered—such as sharing property details, arranging visits, or finalizing a deal—it involves time, effort, and coordination.

Because of this, refunds are limited and depend on the situation.

💰 Advance Payments

In some cases, you may be asked to pay an advance amount to confirm a booking (PG or rental property).

• This amount may be non-refundableonce the booking is confirmed.
• If the property owner or third party cancels the deal, we will try to assist in getting your refund wherever possible.

However, final decisions on refunds in such cases may depend on the property owner’s terms.

❌ Cancellation by Customer

If you decide to cancel after confirming a service:

• Any service charges or consultation fees paid to Mumbais Properties are non-refundable
• Advance payments made to property owners are subject to their individual policies

We always suggest confirming everything before making a payment.

🔄 Cancellation from Our Side

In rare situations where we are unable to provide the promised service:

• You may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the case
• The refund decision will be reviewed and communicated clearly

⏳ Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed within 5–10 business days
• The amount will be credited through the original payment method (where possible)
